TT Brothers put smiles on faces of Tema SOS Children’s Village

Putting smiles on faces of disadvantaged children in the society every yuletide has been the pride and the only source of joy to Mr. Isaac Tetteh, Managing Director of   T.T Brothers Limited, local manufacturers and distributors of pure joy and other alcoholic beverages.
This gesture of reaching out to deprived children especially those at the Tema SOS Village has become a tradition for the past 13 years. The benevolent gesture has been made possible with support from TT Brothers’ suppliers and foreign partners: South West Distillers, Parmalat South Africa and Britvic International.
To renew their commitment this year, TT Brothers organised a big party for over 100 children in the Tema SOS Village, putting smiles on their faces again during this Christmas and New Year festivity. Mouth-watering dishes were served with chilled soft-drinks amidst fun galore, music, and entertainment. Above all, there was a dancing competition for the kids.

Aside the party, he also presented 30 bags of rice,5 boxes of cooking oil,50 cartons of assorted soft drinks and 15 cartons of Uncle ‘T Tomato paste to the inmates of the Village.
A speech read by Shadrack Oko Tetteh, on behalf of his father Mr. Isaac Tetteh noted, “In fact, this social responsibility to put smiles on the faces of the less fortunate in our society has moved more people to do the same as they have come to realize that this season, is a time for renewing commitments and above all, sharing with one another and this is the main reason why we thought it necessary, to come and celebrate it with you”.

Programmes Director of the Tema SOS Children’s Village, Ms. Rosemond Boamah who received the items on behalf of the Children commended Mr. Tetteh and his partners for their kind gesture towards the upkeep of the children. Pledging judicious use of the items received, Ms. Boamah used the occasion to call for more collaboration between TT Brothers and her outfit for a successful future.
It is the twenty-fourth (24) time that TT Brothers Limited, partners and families have extended charity to relieve the plight of the orphanage on both New Year Day and the Easter festivities since the agreement between the company and the orphanage was reached about 13years ago.
