240 SHS to benefit from integrated e-learning laboratories Government is providing 240 E-learning laboratories to 240 selected Senior High Schools (SHS) in the country to facilitate teaching and learning through ICT. Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyeman, Minister of Education on Tuesday, August 10, 2016 said the E-learning laboratories project is aimed at improving educational outcomes in the country through ICT. Speaking at the launch of the project in Accra, she revealed that as part of government’s commitment to promote education in the country, a 13.2 million Euros loan was contracted from the Belgium government for the project.
