ECG LAUNCHES ONE -DAY-SERVICE CONNNECTION INNOVATION PROJECT
In efforts to step up towards delivery of prompt service to meet customer demands and satisfaction in terms of constant power supply, the Achimota District Branch of ECG has launched a project dubbed the One-Day-Service Connection Innovation in Accra last Friday 17th January, 2014 at the Achimota district branch of ECG. The initiative which is now being implemented throughout the company was conceived and piloted by the Achimota District branch of the ECG. Speaking during the launching of the project, Managing Director of ECG, Ing. William Hutton Mensah disclosed the major positive effect of this innovation is that it will help eliminate customer apprehensions and frustrations in getting electricity service connection, this he believes will in turn lead to reduction of illegal connections.
