Klottey Korley NDC Executives reject Ezanetor Rawlings

The Majority of the National Democratic Congress Executives (NDC) of the Klottey Korley Constituency has opposed the candidature of Dr. Ezanetor Rawlings to become the Member of Parliament for the constituency describing her as unfit. The executives have rejected her intention, claiming she is not known in the constituency. Another contentious issue they have raised is that “the Klottey Korley seat in question is a reserve of indigenes of Ga State”. Therefore, a 'no-go zone' for a non-indigene like Dr. Ezenator whom they claim is an indigene of Ewe tribe. They strongly believe that the intention of the daughter of former first lady Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings to contest the Klottey Korley seat is a ploy by her mother to achieve her selfish ambition by using Dr Ezenator to campaign for her as flagbearer of the National Democratic Party (NDP).
