VODAFONE REFRESHES HAPPY FEET CAMPAIGN




Vodafone Telecommunications Company, One of the biggest network service providers in Ghana hit the streets of Accra last Thursday as they re-energized their “happy feet” campaign. This initiative is to help Ghanaians learn more about their communication habits and needs and find viable solutions to them.
' Staff members including the CEO Harris Broumidis and members of the senior management team took to the streets of Accra to engage their customers in a face to face interaction. They were spotted around Kaneshie, Circle, and Cantonment in their branded shirts and caps giving out brochures and relating with their consumers.
The company which was banned by the National Communications Authority last month after customers lamented on bad reception from the network seeks to reassure customers of their commitment to offer reliable network, value driven products and services, as well as unmatched customer experience.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with XYZ news, the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Ghana, thanked customers for their loyalty and commitment throughout the years.
 “Vodafone Ghana this year is embarking on a new journey, a journey to deliver unmatched customer experience for our customers that’s why we have started to renovate all of our shops across the country in order to offer a better experience” he added.
