Drones invaded Kaneshie, doled out souvenirs as Airtel launches biggest consumer promo

Some drones have turned into Father Christmas, distributing amazing souvenirs among huge crowd after successfully invading Kaneshie Central market last Wednesday afternoon at an event organized by Airtel, Ghana’s Smartphone Network to launch its biggest consumer promo which seeks to reward thousands of loyal customers.

The Accra- Kaneshie Central market on February 8, 2016 became the center of attraction when beautiful drones with varying colors were spotted from all angles dispensing assorted souvenirs among a large gathering of people. 

The beneficiaries were made up of market women, traders including passengers among others who thronged the event ground situated right in front of the market to catch a glimpse of the colorful ceremony that gives birth to a promising promo seeking to compensate customers.

The cameras of GhanaNewsOne.com  caught up with four (4) beautiful drones hovering over a massive crowd distributing flyers, airtime recharge cards and branded T-shirts from Airtel instead of filming as an attribute of them.

The promo dubbed ‘Mmreɛ Nie!’ is touted as Ghana’s biggest consumer recharge promotion that seeks to reward and empower millions of loyal customers of Airtel to live their dreams to the fullest.

Under this promo, every customer qualifies to become a winner with just a either a recharge or top up of airtime or purchase of data bundles from Airtel and stands the chance to win amazing daily, weekly and monthly prizes.  

The promo will witness ultimate winners taking home whopping 325,000 cash prizes at the end of the promo which runs for over a 90 day period across the country in addition to weekly and monthly cash prizes of GH¢ 10,000 and GH¢ 25,000 respectively.

At the end of every week the customer with the highest accumulated points walks away with a cash prize of GH¢10,000 plus a monthly cash prize of GH¢25,000 will be won by customers with the highest accumulated points at the end of every month for the entire duration of the promotion. But the customer with the highest point wins the ultimate prize of GH¢150,000 at the end of the promotion.

Airtel will also reward thousand customers with free talk time, data bundles and smartphones.
