MTN Gives Power To Customers Via New Service





 Telecommunication giants, MTN Ghana have relinquished power into the hands of its customers through the introduction of a new service known as "MTN Self Service".

The MTN Self Service allows both registered pre-paid and post-paid subscribers to the service the luxury to enjoy free registering and update of their pin, connect and disconnect their MTN number, Recharge other MTN numbers, register for their PUK code as well as effect change to their sim card easily in times of theft by dialing the mtn short code 1333 on their mobile handset.

 The online platforms are: 1. Email, 2. Website, 3. MTN Eself care Channel, facebook, Live Chat,WhatsApp and Skype.
Speaking to Journalists during the launch of the innovative service in Accra today, 

MTN Customer Service and Credit Manager, Mr. Salihu Abu, disclosed with the introduction of the 8 online platform channels, MTN seeks to do away with the barrier of inconvienience which the old service provided customers.

"We want to leverage on technology to bring convinience to customers by employing the use of bold new digital world technology to turn things around thereby making life easy and comfortable for our cherished subscribers," he explained.

He advised MTN subscribers to get registered to the MTN Self Service by dialing the short 1333 to enjoy the enormous benefits that come with the service package.

MTN humbly request whatsApp lovers who subscribe to their services with any challenge to quickly send a whatsApp message to 0554300000 or use other online platforms available to them.
