Samsung
continues to expand its customer care centres across West Africa. This new Samsung Premium Brand Store comes at
a time when Samsung has shifted its attention to Africa, as the company grows
its market share across consumer electronics and mobile segments.
It's a very appreciative step as they not only have the shopping store for Samsung mobiles & home appliances but they have the service too for their customers as the after sales services are the biggest concern in African countries due to lack of manufacturers' own service centers which caused the after sale services too costly there even without no further guarantee that the device will work fine after the services done for that.
