Holocaust Memorial Day 2018: UNIC Accra equips over 100 students with knowledge on Holocaust

Cynthia Prah, NIO of UNIC Accra sensitizing students at the exhibition Nothing could be so empowering than the knowledge to prevent the recurrence of the deadly Holocaust which has been the biggest threat to the survival of  many lives in the world. Such knowledge is a key that holds the power to total transformation and redemption of the world. Holocaust as the name implies was a genocide which took place during World War II in which Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Germany systematically murdered some six million Jews, about two-thirds of the total Jewish Population of Europe at the time. The memories of the horrific Holocaust is still fresh in mind especially within the month of January which is set aside by UN to remember those who lost their lives during that scary period.
