VegGhana Petitions Govt. on Promotion of Plant Based Diets

The Vegetarian Association of Ghana (VegGhana) has called on the Ministry of Health to help intensify efforts towards promoting the consumption of plant based diets in the country. They equally appealed to Government to consider incorporating more plant based diets into the school feeding program. This, they believe will help reduce the cost of   school feeding program as well as improve upon the health budget making it possible for the government to come out with more productive and developmental projects at its own merit of funding. Help Expedite License Renewal of MCAs- Pres. Of AMCAG

  The President, Greater Accra Regional Branch of the Association of Medicine Counter Assistants of Ghana (AMCAG) Mr. Abdul Issah has appealed to the Pharmacy Council of Ghana to as a matter of urgency consider renewal of expired licenses or certifications of Medicine Counter Assistants (MCAs) in the country. Mtn Suncity Fest 2014 Halt Positively In Sunyani

MTN Ghana has successfully ended its month-long regional festival celebrations, dubbed Suncity Fest, in the Brong Ahafo Region. The activities for this year’s Suncity Fest started on Monday, September 1 st with an on Air Radio launch which was followed by a retailer’s forum and merchandising blitz, where MTN took the opportunity to brand the regional capital with MTN paraphernalia. There was replacement of trade elements such as umbrellas and tables for vendors across the region.
