Mr. Ephraim Kodzo Agidi, an employee of the bank of Ghana
believes he has paid his dues well in the past by adopting the right principles
with openness, truthfulness and care for all members paving way for him to be
granted a second chance to serve in office.
For him, his reelection into office was a clear indication
of his hard work, dedication and selfless service which he rendered in
diverse ways to support the union throughout his past four years tenure
in office that led to his victory.
"I've been very nice with almost all the delegates especially the workers. I think it's the workers here who might have even spoken on my behalf because I've been very free with them and also since they've realized that I've been very hard working." "As a leader, you must relate well with your subordinates if not you fail, so that's some of the attributes that I believe have contributed to my election into office the second time" excited Ephraim Agidi stressed.
Elated Ephraim Agidi entreats all workers who are union members to endeavor to abide strictly by all rules and regulations governing their various organizations to "avoid forcing the union to come begging for you alone instead of it negotiating for the welfare of all members".
For his second tenure in office, Ephraim Agidi will serve in the same capacity as the Accra Regional Chairman of ICU with support from the entire membership of the Accra Regional Executives Council for another four 4-year term in office after which his tenure will expire.

Atiah as regional officer, Mr Samuel Dzikunu of Holiday Inn Hotel as Regional Trustee, Mr Paul Kofi Charway of Cocobod as Regional Executive Member, Ms Belinda Cochrane of Dannex Limited as the Regional Women’s President and Ms Anita Nyarko as Regional Youth President of ICU.
